The mission of AMI Library is to provide students and teachers with a variety of resources to meet their recreational and informational needs. Our goal is to foster a love of reading and technology in a welcoming, safe environment conducive for exploration, collaboration, and creativity.
All students will visit the library for instruction and class check-out approximately every three weeks.
Loan Check-Out Time: 3 Weeks
When an individual checks out an item from the library, he/she is expected to read it and return in responsibly.
Fines: Late fees are not assigned. If a book or resource is lost or damaged, the replacement cost will be given. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card via www.ticketracker.com.
AMI Library participates in the Texas Bluebonnet Award. Students are encourage to read at least 5 of the 2021-2022 nominated books. View the books here.
In early February of 2022, eligible students will vote for their favorite Bluebonnet Book.
AMI Library is currently accepting new and gently used middle grade books. Hardback books will be added to the library's collection. Paperback books will be given to teachers for classroom libraries.
