Toward the end of January 2025, we'll begin informational meetings and course selections for 6th grade. If you are a 5th grade parent, we will host a Rising 6th Grade Parent Meeting on Jan. 30, 2025 from 6:00-6:30 pm.6th grade course selection forms will be distributed on Jan. 31st and are due back to school by Feb. 7, 2025. 

Rising 7th graders will receive all information from Middle School counselors. The process for 7th grade typically begins in February.

If your child is applying for an MISD School of Choice, remember the applications close on January 24th at 4:30 p.m. If your child is already in either our Fine Arts or STEM Academy there is no need to reapply for the same academy. Enrollment will be verified at the end of January through an Intent to Return form that will be sent to you.
