AMI 2022-2023 Back to School Information

Back to school information for Alma Martinez Intermediate School has been finalized for the upcoming school term. Please refer to the sections below for the latest information.

  • Registration Information

New Student Enrollment for the 2022-23 school term begins online on May 1, 2022. Students who are new to the district must start the enrollment process online. After completing the online portion, you will be contacted to complete any other steps necessary. 

Returning Student Enrollment for the 2022-23 school term begins on July 21, 2022. An email will be sent to current families when enrollment officially opens.

  • Class Schedules

Class schedules can be picked up at Meet the Teacher or will be available on Skyward on Tuesday evening, Aug. 16, 2022. 

  • Proof of Residency

Proof of residency (POR) is now being accepted for the 2022-2023 school year. All students are required to provide proof of residence (POR). Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in enrollment delays or withdrawal from school.

You may take your proof of residence to your student’s 2022-2023 campus office; or
You may email your proof of residence with your student’s first & last name and student ID number to your student’s 2022-2023 campus at: Martinez_POR@misdmail.org

Satisfactory proof of residence includes: Electric, Gas, or Water Bill – with May service dates or later

  • STEM Bridge Camp 2022

* This camp is for 5th & 6th grade designers new to AMI STEM Academy.

  • Meet the Teacher Night

We will have a Meet the Teacher event on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022

5th Grade - 5:15-6:15 pm
6th Grade - 6:45-7:45 pm

This is a come and go event during the following hours by grade level. Please be aware that the doors will not open until the designated time so the teachers can adequately prepare to receive families.

Bus routes for the 2022-2023 school year have been established and can be located here. 

  • Quest

The Quest before/after school program will be offered on our campus this year for families that need to drop students off before 8:00 am or need students to remain on campus after 4:00 pm. Registration information can be found here.
