Benchmark Assessment will be held for all learners.  

Make sure your child charges their Chromebook or laptop the night before each testing date, learners arrive to school on time and with enough time to eat breakfast before 8:30 am if they don't eat breakfast at home, and to encourage your child to take their time, follow through with the best practices and strategies their designers have taught them and to do their best.

ELAR
5th Grade: January 27
6th Grade: January 28
Math
5th Grade: February 18
6th Grade: February 19
Science
5th Grade: March 4

These assessments help teachers understand student progress, guide instruction, and ensure students are well prepared for future state assessments.

These benchmarks are aligned to the 2025 STAAR blueprint and are designed to mirror state testing expectations. Students will complete the full assessment in both ELAR and Math for their grade level.
